Posted By b12 This may help, has a few links for other related info: http://www.cdc.gov/niosh...pics/indoorenv/mold.html It's been a while since I've dealt with this topic but I think exposure to mould spores can aggravate exiting respiratory conditions so problems with removing it are the liberation of spores into the air and inhalation of spores. For wet rot to be present it has to be pretty damp so again possible respiratory problems for people sleeping there.
