Posted By D H Why not sit round the table - imagine a major incident happening - plane strike - bomb threat for example and take it from there. Document your findings and decide who will take responsibility and record it as an emergency plan?
Or am I looking at it from the wrong angle?

Posted By SteveD-M Depends what industry you are in but I have ran scenarios in COMAH, Road Transport (death) and a couple of others in relation to similar crisis management.
