We are looking to introduce an anodising process into our facility.
I am wondering if anyone has experience of this and can share their findings, risk assessments, control methods etc, or any websites that contain this type of information.
The anodising process will be contained in a 5 stage system and be using sulphuric acid.
Looking forward to your help.

I would suggest you undertake some form of PHA - Process Hazard Assessment.
Hazard identification
Hazop (of some form)
Human factors analysis
SWIFT analysis.
Data gathering/analysis - process chemistry, reactions, by products, quantities involved, tank/container capacities
CoSHH/occupational health considerations
Material/mechanical handling
Maintenance requirements
Waste disposal
Many text books related to process safety follow a 6 step procedure in the design and development of new processes.
If starting from first principles, getting the design right could save you money and hassle later in the project life (and project development)

Any new process or facility such as this will usually involve supply and installation if specialist equipment (in this instance the process baths and LEV associated with anodising your aluminium components).
Don't be shy of exploring the issues with these people - they are the ones with the expertise!
You may wish to consider the approach to the tender process - much can be gleaned from tender response and dialogue before contract award.
