Hi has anyone got an HAV's assessment tool that they would share please ideally an excel format, i know there are some online tools but i would rather have an offline tool,

Also an ergonomic /Manual handling assessment tool would be great

Anything would be a great help guys

HSE website has the kind of resources you are describing:

https://www.hse.gov.uk/vibration/hav/vibrationcalc.htm

First couple off the top of my head...pre-coffee..

HSE ART tool...

https://www.hse.gov.uk/msd/uld/art/index.htm

if you google REBA 6 it is an excel tool...you will get the download from Cornel University. It stands for (Rapid Entire Body Assessment).

There is also the NIOSH Ergonomic tables for lift, pushing and pulling and a lifting app...you can follow the links...

This page gives you a good summary of some of the information tools that are available (It is US bias so excludes ART etc)..

https://ergo-plus.com/ergonomic-assessment-tools/

If you are getting this deep into it you may need the help of a Occupational Hygiene professional, to carry out detailed assessments...drop a pm if you have somethign specific.
