First couple off the top of my head...pre-coffee.. HSE ART tool...
https://www.hse.gov.uk/msd/uld/art/index.htm
if you google REBA 6 it is an excel tool...you will get the download from Cornel University. It stands for (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). There is also the NIOSH Ergonomic tables for lift, pushing and pulling and a lifting app...you can follow the links... https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/topics/ergonomics/nlecalc.html

This page gives you a good summary of some of the information tools that are available (It is US bias so excludes ART etc).. https://ergo-plus.com/ergonomic-assessment-tools/
If you are getting this deep into it you may need the help of a Occupational Hygiene professional, to carry out detailed assessments...drop a pm if you have somethign specific.
