There is a bit of advice in HSE for Motor Vehicle Repair: https://www.hse.gov.uk/mvr/topics/electric-hybrid.htm Fire Industries Association https://www.fia.uk.com/static/2a999c49-760b-47e3-b02f96a2ca89ecd9/Guidance-Document-on-Li-Ion-Battery-Fires-12-20-v1.pdf Some insurers have advice https://insurance.archgroup.com/safe-handling-of-lithium-ion-batteries-for-electric-vehicles/ The supplier / manufacturer should be able to provide information relevant to their specific vehicles.
