Help your own personal development. c. The Train the Trainer Course is only three days long. Not only do they undertake the training in the working environment they set up safe systems of work and train a support team. All their trainers have backgrounds in lifting and sports related work, with the owner Dave Snowdon being a former Olympic weightlifter and world record holder. They also act promptly following any civil claims that may arise.
