Why not get yourself trained as Manual Handling Instructor. That way you can teach your staff, a. at a fraction of the cost of hiring in. b. Help your own personal development. c. The Train the Trainer Course is only three days long.
I am sure you have a local Further Education Centre close by, once you have completed the course you can design the training around your own workplace conditions.

All their trainers have backgrounds in lifting and sports related work, with the owner Dave Snowdon being a former Olympic weightlifter and world record holder. They also act promptly following any civil claims that may arise.
